In 3Q2011, Q-CERT as National CERT in Qatar expended their core service to public by introducing a new service called "Q-CERT Public Incident Handling [PIH]". The aim for this service was to expand incident response service from Corporate only to Public and to provide enough support related to Cyber Threats. The PIH Team initiate call to inform Home Internet Users about their cyber infection and also they handle Information Security incidents for public. A Customized Tool like PIH Portal supports End Users to deal with their incident in easy steps.

When should you contact our Call Center? If you noticed any weird behavior on your computer or network that may indicate you a subjected to cyber attack, you should immediately report it to Q-CERT Call Center and it will be forwarded to Q-CERT if needed.
